This hotel is conveniently situated near the Bus Terminal and the center of town. the hotel's location makes it easy to visit all the attractions and lakes near it. the Western twin room with ocean view was spacious, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. the bathtub is standard western size, and the toilet is almost fully automated. Breakfast and dinner were served as buffets with good food selection.
The hotel had minimal service, which made some guests feel like they were not getting their money's worth.

Spent Xmas at a hotel with breathtaking ocean views, amazing seafood, and excellent onsen. Located just a few minutes from the bus terminal and walking distance from the cruise port and tourist information center. the room was super comfy with all the necessary amenities. Loved the Western-styled toilet and the spacious bath tub. the restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner with fresh Hokkaido milk and seafood delicacies.
The staff had limited English skills, making communication a bit difficult. the hotel needed more upkeep and maintenance to improve its general ambiance.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the spacious room with a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding landscape from the balcony. The room was well equipped with all amenities we could think of. the traditional Japanese dining sets used for the meals were so cute and pretty. The hotel's location was indeed excellent, just a few minutes walk from the tourist information center and the cruise port, where we booked the Shiretoko cruise. We also enjoyed the onsen on the top floor with a view of the harbor.
While we had a great time, we couldn't help but notice that the mattress was a bit too thin and uncomfortable. , the staff's English skills were poor except for one person, which made communication a bit challenging.
